1.0.3 1999-04-05	Fixed problem with using LastUpdated in the root directory of document_root. Fixed problem with %FP and %FN not returning the values from path_info. The %FP code now leaves the first '/' at the beginning of the file path, so now, instead of using "%SN/%FP/%FN" to display the full URL, you should now use "%SN%FP/%FN". Switched back to using DOCUMENT_URI instead of REQUEST_URI.
